Stamp Points

Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 September 2026

The short version. Stamp Points replaces the paper stamp card in your wallet. To do that we need an email address and a record of your stamps. We do not track your location, we show you no advertising, we run no third-party analytics in the app, and we never sell your information. A venue you visit can see your stamps at that venue and nothing else.

Who we are

Stamp Points is operated by Lite Software Solutions (FZE), United Arab Emirates. In this policy "we" means Lite Software Solutions (FZE), and "a venue" means a café, salon, shop or other business that uses Stamp Points to run its loyalty cards.

What we collect, and why

WhatWhy
Your email address — required It is your account. We email you a one-time code to sign you in; there is no password to forget.
Your name — optional So staff can greet you properly when they stamp your card.
Your mobile number — optional Only so staff can find your card if you arrive without your phone or your physical card. You can leave it blank.
Your stamps and rewards The cards themselves: which venues you collect at, how many stamps, which rewards you have claimed and when.
Your physical card If you tap a Stamp Points card, we record that the card belongs to your account, so it opens your cards and not somebody else's.
A notification token Only if you switch notifications on. It lets us tell your phone that a reward is ready. You can turn it off at any time.
A device label For staff and manager accounts only, e.g. "iPhone". It appears in the venue's own security list so a manager can see where their team is signed in.

What we do not collect

What a venue can see

This is the part people most want to know, so it is worth being exact. When you are identified at a venue — by tapping your card, showing your code, or being looked up by number — the staff member sees:

A venue cannot see your full email or phone number, the other venues you collect at, the stamps you hold anywhere else, or that you exist at all until you first use a card with them.

Who else handles your data

They process data on our instructions so the service can work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Your account and your stamps stay while you use Stamp Points, because a stamp card you cannot see is no use to you. When you delete your account we erase everything that identifies you — your name, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, your notification settings and your referral code — and any physical card you hold is blocked so nobody else can use it.

What stays behind is the venue's own record of business it did: that a stamp was given on a date, and that a reward was handed over. Those entries are a shop's books, and they stay accurate. Once your details are erased they no longer say who you were.

Your email address is released when you delete. If you ever use Stamp Points again it is a brand new account with an empty wallet — the old stamps do not come back.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, without asking anyone: Profile → Delete my account. The app asks you to confirm twice, and then it is done immediately. It cannot be undone.

If you can no longer sign in, email info@lite-softwares.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Your choices

Children

Stamp Points is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

Security

Sign-in codes are stored only as hashes and expire in ten minutes. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Staff and manager accounts are limited to one signed-in device at a time, so a lost phone cannot quietly keep stamping.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will say so in the app.
